The book of Genesis is penned so beautifully and it starts with “In the beginning God created…” Immediately you are drawn in and want to keep reading, and so you do. Fast forward to day four of creation and …
Then God said, “Let the water swarm with[f] living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky.” So God created the large sea-creatures[g] and every living creature that moves and swarms in the water, according to their kinds. He also created every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. So God blessed them, “Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the waters of the seas, and let the birds multiply on the earth.” Genesis 1:20-22 (HCSB)
God blesses them indeed.
Our niece Kelly and her husband Jonathan and their two boys Dylan and Wyatt have a seahorse tank. The boy is Jack and the girl is Jill. I can’t tell which is which, but I suddenly felt the urge to share them with you. So, without further hesitation, here they are in all their glory… (video)
Here’s another short video of the seahorse (Jack or Jill, I can’t tell) is swimming curling his/her tail anchoring him/her to the next Best ledge.
Finally, below are some still photos. It’s hard to see them at first and then suddenly you can find them with no problem.
Have a blessed evening and I pray the seahorse videos calm your day and help you fall fast asleep.
