Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Psalm 51:10 (NIV)
As I lay my head on my pillow a thousand miles away from my husband this is my earnest prayer to create in me a pure heart and for God to renew a steadfast spirit. Oh, it’s going to be so sweet and so tender much like our wedding day was.
Our wedding was simply a fairytale come to life in the present day. Instead of fairy godmothers our many blessed friends stepped in. From wedding planner to DJ to officiant. From venue owner to cake baker to photographer. They made it happen. Friend upon friend, sister upon sister and brother upon brother dove in and stepped in in ways that leave me in awe. I felt like a princess. I felt like Cinderella in modern times.
I love this man with all that I am. I never knew a love like ours was truly possible, at least not for me. Now I do. I love you Mark Spencer Williams forever and always!
One of my favorite parts of planning and executing our wedding in less than 60 days was choosing the flowers. I absolutely fell in love with white Anemone, English blue thistle, fancy eucalyptus, and have always loved Peony and Hydrangeas.
Our magical wedding day has come and gone, but the memories burn bright, so today I decided to create.
This beautiful piece inspired me to create.
The inspiration to create continued when I saw these beautiful spider mums.
I’m no florist, but lately I have really enjoyed having fresh flowers in the house. So, you maybe thinking, what did it all look like arranged together??
Well….. here you go… ta da …
Until tomorrow my friends…
In His love,
Mrs. Mark Spencer Williams
